1. Exchanges & Returns

We offer exchange for eligible products within 7 days of delivery if:

Product is wrong, defective, or damaged

Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Items cannot be returned due to personal preference or change of mind.

2. Refund Method

Refunds (if approved) will be sent via:

Same mode of payment used during purchase

(UPI / Bank Transfer / Online Payment)

Refund timeline: 3–7 business days

3. Return Shipping Cost

Return courier cost will be shared:

50% customer

50% Divine Mercy Enterprise

4. Cancellation

Cancellation allowed before dispatch only.

Orders dispatched or in-transit cannot be cancelled.
